1Status requirements are based off of Move In Date, or when CYM Living acquired the property, whichever is later. Residents must be on an active lease to qualify for any discounts.
2Your name must appear on new resident's application. Account will be credited 30 days after new residents move in.
3Account will be credited on first day of new lease. Balance must be equal to or lesser than discount amount at time of renewal.
4New lease must be signed at least 45 days before end of current lease. Credit will be applied on first day of new lease.
6CYM Living gifts will be applied to accounts on the 3rd anniversary and 5th anniversary of residency only.
Credits only apply if the resident has a $0.00 balance or the credit will bring the resident to a $0.00 balance. **The terms of these programs can be changed at any time.
